Cheerios to all,
This is a nice cause to pursue.
I have been staying in Vietnam the last couple of years. Singaporeans tend to take everything for granted... service included. It's only when you live / travel elsewhere do we appreciate what we really have.
I'm quite surprised that we do not encourage tipping, but rather enforce a 10% service charge. Does everything have to be enforced in Singapore before we do it?
